Ten Key is a finance and AI advisory firm. We build the models, run the diligence, and sit in the CFO seat for companies that need their numbers ticked, tied, and trusted.
One firm, one standard: analysis rigorous enough to survive an audit, an arbitration, or a board meeting — delivered fast, because we build with modern tools.
Forecasting, cash discipline, board reporting, and banking relationships — senior finance leadership by the slice, without the full-time load.
Quality of earnings, earnout and working-capital disputes, forensic tie-outs. We trace every material number to its source — and find the ones that don't get there.
Demand, revenue, and risk models built with real machine learning — backtested, explainable, and owned by you when we're done.
Pipelines, reconciliations, and reporting that run themselves. We turn the monthly fire drill into a button.
The name is the method. A ten key doesn't estimate — it counts. Neither do we.
Every figure traced to a source document, a ledger line, a scale ticket. If it doesn't tie, it doesn't ship.
Scenarios, sensitivities, and machine-learned forecasts — built to be interrogated, not admired.
Clear recommendations with the dollar impact attached. You get an answer, not a hedge.
Ten Key was founded by Laramie Dunlap, who grew up around a family operating business and works at the intersection of finance, programming, and machine learning. The firm exists for a simple reason: most companies don't need more reporting — they need someone who can pull the thread from the GL to the loading dock and come back with a number that holds.
We work in Python and in spreadsheets, with auditors and against them, for founders, families, and funds.
Tell us what isn't adding up. We'll tell you what it will take to fix it.
